In a Senate committee hearing in the USA on 16th May 2023, Sam Altman talked about having a copyright model for art to compensate artists whose art was used to create something new. He believed there should be strict regulations for images to mention when they have been generated using AI.    

Altman considers AI as a tool whose creativity still relies on our prompts. But the question is for how long?
